Today I am going to talk about a singer who has created a very good name  in Punjabi music



industry. He is a Diamond Star. Yes, his name is Gurnam Bhullar.



Every Punjabi music lover knows Gurnam Bhullar because he is a very popular singer.







Gurnam Bhullar was born on 8 Feb 1995 in village Kamal Wala, Tehsil Fazilka, Punjab. Gurnam



was inclined toward music since childhood. He participated in all music competition during school



days. He was a player of basketball and played in the under 14 Basketball team of his school. When



Gurnam Bhullar was studying in his 8th standard he participated in the season 5th of Punjab



singing reality show "Awaz Punjab Di" and emerged out as the winner.



After completing his studies Gurnam enrolled himself in Jalandhar's Apeejay College to pursue a



B.A. in music. He was very active in his college days and often participated in various music,



drama, bhangra, and theatre in the Youth Festival.

Gurnam belongs to a Sikh Family. He is the son of Baljit Singh Bhullar, a Punjab government



employee, and Lakhwinder Kaur Bhullar. He has a sister, Navjit Kaur. He is unmarried.



Career:-



Gurnam started his singing career in 2014 with the song "Heer Jehiya Kudiyan". He not only gave



voice to the song but it was also written by him. And he got a new song. This song name was



"DIAMOND". This song changes his life. They launched a lot of songs. And just a few days ago, a



new Punjabi movie has also come to the people which the people liked so much and that movie is



called "Guddiya Patole" On 2 August 2018, Gurnam Bhullar announced his debut film with Sonam



Bajwa directed by Vijay Kumar Arora produced by Villagers Film Studio. On 8 March 2019,



Gurnam Bhullar released his debut film with Sonam Bajwa, Nirmal Rishi directed by Vijay Kumar

His grandfather used to listen to Gurbani and sing, and then he asked Gurnam Bhullar  to sing



Gurbani and learn good music, he taught him many things related to music styles along with



knowledge of Sufism field, which has always given him good vibes and filled him with positivity.



His grandfather has a great role in his success.



Gurnam Bhullar was very active in  music participation during his school time, not only singing but



Basketball was also one of his interests when he was under 14. He was a good player of the game



but after that finally chose singing as his power. In college, he has

participated in theater as well and



now, along with singing, he goes to the gym and takes care of his fitness as well.



There are very few people who are into the music field in Punjabi industry and are aware of its



technicalities. But Gurnam Bhullar is not one of them. He started singing from childhood only and



his family saint, whom the whole family follows once listened to Gurnam Bhullar and blessed him



with lines that one-day Gurnam will be a great star in this field.
